- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Perform order entry and maintain property records
- Assist with rent collection and maintenance planning
- Collaborate with Company Director to ensure smooth office operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
