**ColivingDAO** is an exciting and innovative project at the intersection of coliving, web3 decentralised governance and regeneration. ColivingDAO enables residents to own where they rent from day one and have a real voice to shape their community. We are building a platform that empowers people to create thriving coliving communities that are both environmentally sustainable and foster a fairer society through decentralised governance and wealth sharing in order to trigger a paradigm shift into our regenerative future. We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Engagement & Content Intern to join our team.

As a **Community Engagement & Content Intern** at ColivingDAO, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing our community while creating engaging content. This internship opportunity offers NFT-based compensation for your contribution and may evolve into a permanent paid role in the future. The minimum term is 3 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with our community on social media platforms (Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Respond promptly and informatively to enquiries and discussions.
- Foster an inclusive and positive community environment.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other media.
- Stay informed about industry trends and research relevant insights.
- Collaborate with the team on community engagement initiatives and content strategies.
- Organise virtual and in-person events to build community.
- Assist the team in promoting the NFT sale.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for community living, web3 decentralised governance, environmental sustainability and building a fairer and regenerative future society.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Familiarity with social media and community management.
- Basic knowledge of content creation (writing, graphic design, video).
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Available remotely, 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday).
- Flexible to work in a coworking space in London once a week or attend events occasionally.

**Preferred Qualifications** (desirable but not mandatory):

- Prior experience in community management, content creation, or social media management.
- Familiarity with blockchain, NFTs, and DAOs.
- Knowledge of coliving or real estate industry trends.
