**Description**:
Talent Village is looking for a motivated Community Engagement Intern to join our London team.

The Community Engagement Intern will have a key role in ensuring the Talent Village community is growing, engaging with our client activities, and using the various resources & tools made available to them to help further their career.

The opportunity is to join for a 6 months internship which can lead to a permanent role at Community Engagement Manager

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Connect with our existing community of influential talents and build relationships with them
- Grow our community of influential talents and support recruiting new members across various creative verticals
- Implement partnership programmes with existing and new talent agency partners
- Onboard and manage talent & reps to our new mobile app & educate them about our digital toolkit to further their career and earnings
- Develop marketing activations to generate high engagement within the community both on the app and in real life
- Seek perks & events to offer our community of talent each month
- Produce content in collaboration with selected talent to share with our community via our digital channels

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Degree level education
- 1st experience in marketing, tech, talent and/or entertainment sector a plus
- A passion and knowledge of the social media and talent/influencer industry
- Excellent presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills & tech-savvy
- The ability to work in autonomy, pro-actively seek assignments, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- A good eye for great content that is also commercially suitable
- Good comprehension of the digital marketing and creator landscape
- An entrepreneurial and positive spirit, team player, good communicator
and driven outlook
