**Role purpose**:
Reporting to the lead Admin Manager, the Food Assurance Administrator will work as part of an administration team within the Business Assurance area.

As part of a team the Food Assurance Administration will have specific schemes assigned to them but also be expected to provide support and cover for the wider team as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working under the guidance of the Lead Admin Manager to ensure that key scheme KPI’s and other requirements are maintained through the regular review of RAG and validation data.

Ensure that information relating to members and participants is maintained and updated in accordance with relevant KPIs.

Provide scheme administrative support to auditors, members, participants, and teams

Assist the Lead Admin Manager and other members of the Food Assurance team in the preparation and production of communication materials (i.e. training documentation, contracts, agendas, minutes of meetings etc)

Ensuring that databases and client portals are updated in a timely manner especially where membership, auditor, or client data changes.

Logging corrective evidence of AIMS in a timely manner to ensure the certification process meets KPIs

Issuing correspondence and certificates in line with the Quality Procedures and KPIs

Providing administrative support in the management of accreditation and other industry approvals, including participating in internal and external audit and witness programmes

Providing Daily reports to senior managers as required.

**Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements**:
Proven, strong administration background Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), using databases and other information management systems

Experience in administration

Excellent communication, writing and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work without supervision

Well organised, ability to plan and schedule work effectively

Ability to prioritise

IT literate and experienced

Good telephone manner

Ability to handle difficult customers

Team
- work experience

Ability to produce reports and track KPI’s
