We are growing, and our Controls Assurance Team looking for a new Control Assurance Quality Administrator. The Controls Assurance Team are here to make sure we are doing everything we can for our customers in the most efficient and secure way possible, and play an integral part in maintaining our service levels and quality of output.

The Quality Assurance Control Administrator will support the operational control framework across the relevant business areas, and will support the Control Assurance Quality Analysts delivery by supporting with the following responsibilities:

- Conducting PEGA reviewing of operational quality work, identifying failures, improvement opportunities, and providing feedback
- Operate the Quality Outcome Challenge Process to review and assess operations management approved challenges
- Coordinate and support Cyclical Procedure Reviews, with a firm focus on Consumer Duty objectives of good customer outcomes and prevention of foreseeable harm
- Operate PEGA Quality Model Controls oversight - take full ownership, plan, prioritise and manage risk & control activities, ensure completion within agreed SLA’s
- Escalation of potential issues/risks promptly to Control Assurance Quality Analyst(s) and line manager
- Identify any new areas of risk where they may not have been previously considered.
- Liaise with key stakeholders for complex issues and queries
- Support production of Monthly Quality Packs for Control Assurance and wider Operations

- A salary range of £24,160 - £36,240 - where you sit on this range depends fully on your experience and recent and relevant transferrable skills
- Non-contributory Pension between 8% and 12% dependent on age

Hybrid Working Model: Most of our colleagues are currently following a hybrid working model, with their time split between working in the office (40%) and other days spent working remotely from home (60%). It is important that you live within a commutable distance to our office so hybrid working model is achievable.
