As part of your role, you will closely collaborate with key members of the construction delivery team.

Your keen observation skills will allow you to meticulously record and report on all construction activities.

And when necessary, you will confidently hold individuals accountable for their actions, ensuring swift resolutions to any challenges that may arise.

Effective communication is the key to success in any project.

Your dedication to establishing and maintaining clear channels of communication will be invaluable.

By efficiently relaying field information to those with contractual decision-making power, we can make well-informed choices and keep the project on track.

Drawing upon your extensive background in construction, whether it be in a trade, management, or design role, you will bring a wealth of hands-on experience to the table.

Your ability to quickly interpret drawings and specifications, and identify any performance gaps, will be crucial in addressing issues proactively alongside the delivery team.

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
