An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Quality Assurance, Enhancement & Planning Officer **to join the School Student and Academic Services Team within the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures.

Effective communication, data literacy, critical evaluation, judgement, and time-management skills are essential for this role.

**The Opportunity**:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of education? We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in a pivotal role that involves coordinating learning and teaching activities within our School.

As a key member of our Student and Academic Services Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our programmes. Collaborating closely with the School Office and other functional areas, you will work together to achieve shared objectives and maintain a high level of effectiveness.

You will work alongside our Quality Assurance, Enhancement, and Projects Officer to enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities. By utilising your effective communication, data literacy, critical evaluation, judgement, and time-management skills, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our School.

Your skills and attributes for success:

- Educated to at least HNC/HND level or equivalent level qualifications, typically 3 years+ track record of administrative experience and competency.
- Ability to demonstrate skill and experience of collating data and information from a range of sources, analysing collected information and producing meaningful reports.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail vital, with a persistence to interrogate data and information and follow up.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational, decision making, problem solving, time management and prioritisation skills.
- A friendly, professional and robust manner and able to provide efficient service under pressure and in busy environment, with a flexible approach to work.
