The administration role will be working within a small team and a hands on approach is essential

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the business management system
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Manage customer requests for services and products delivered to our customers, in close collaboration with the other team members
- Organising training and meetings
- Any other duties at the request of management
- Updating Client Portals
- Chasing operatives for outcome of jobs
- Pricing jobs at completion and sending to invoice
- Purchase orders
- Project Record Photos - coordinate with site staff to ensure the site team upload site photos
- Dairies - coordinate with site staff to ensure the team upload weekly diaries.

This is an office based role 39 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:00

Friday 09:00-16:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
