Finance Administrator

**Job purpose**
EVC are looking to add a new member to its growing finance team of six staff, based out of the EVC headquarters in Crawley, West Sussex.
Reporting into the Management Accountant, this is an ideal role for someone who can hit the ground running, with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who truly wants to make a difference in a fast growing business.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Accounts payable - matching POs to supplier invoices and processing payments, supporting with collating and reconciling expenses and credit card transactions
- Treasury - posting daily bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations
- Analysis - providing site performance information to key stakeholders in the business, and other ad hoc reporting as may be required
- Assist with audits internal/external as applicable
**Skills and experience**
- A previous background in a similar role is essential
- Strong IT skill and proficiency with MS Office Applications; particularly Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and attention to detail skills
- Willingness to be flexible and develop within the role as the business grows
- Experience of using NetSuite is preferable, but not essential
**Qualifications**
- GCSE /A-Level
**Working conditions**
- Hours of work are 8:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
- This role is principally office based, with some flexibility available after probation completion
