At Nestlé, we are seeking a talented Financial Administrator to join our team in supporting the Nestlé Health Science and Nestlé Waters marketing teams. This role will play a pivotal part in the management of PFME, ensuring accurate budget setup and timely approval of Purchase Requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive successful PFME management, leading the marketing team in accurate budget setup and monthly re-phasing
  • Raise and gain approval for all Purchase Requisitions in a timely manner, liaising with procurement as necessary
  • Goods receipt on time as projects are completed
  • Lead week 3 meetings to review and explain monthly PFME actuals vs forecast snapshot
  • Provide regular and adhoc PFME reporting, analysis and insight to NHSc and Waters leadership & marketing teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have some finance/commercial experience already under your belt. Coupled with your ability to be flexible when prioritising work in an environment that is very often ambiguous and sometimes pressured.
