Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all overdue debt has been actioned on a daily basis
- Ensure our dunning cycle is performed on a daily basis
- Produce and issue monthly statements
- Maintaining individual follow-up on a daily basis
- Produce and send daily Credit Control letters
- Review payment terms for new clients if required
- Assist in the development of credit control system & regular reporting
- Liaise with relevant personnel regarding outstanding debt & any non-payment issues
- Be familiar with internal audit procedures and comply as necessary
