Job Title: Credit Controller
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our Revenue Management team in Cheltenham. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash flow management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving monthly cash collection targets by maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
- Produce monthly statements and letters to clients, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Collaborate with departments to track payment progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage debt recovery procedures, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to recover outstanding debts.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Proficient in Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple emails and tasks.
- Customer service and administration experience, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Customer-focused and solution-driven, with a passion for delivering results.
