Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly targets for cash collection and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Directly interact with clients to recover outstanding and overdue amounts, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve disputes.
- Generate monthly statements and letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with various departments to update them on payment status, promoting a seamless workflow.
- Support the procedure of transferring debts to Debt Recovery, ensuring a smooth transition.
Requirements:
