We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial and Credit Control Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Customer Services department, you will play a vital role in enhancing the financial and data aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Credit Control Management: Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payment of invoices and minimize aged debt.
- Financial Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and customer data, including credit checks and customer contact information.
- Financial Reporting: Investigate anomalies in financial reports, identify causes, and suggest solutions to improve financial performance.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to internal teams, including the Accounts department.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the entry of new customers and contacts into the system, and maintain the general upkeep of the system.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in credit control and data management, with a strong understanding of financial reports and software systems.
- Strong Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Financial Software: Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
