Key Responsibilities:- Meet monthly cash collection targets by effectively communicating with clients and negotiating payment plans.
- Generate monthly statements and letters to clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Collaborate with various departments to update them on payment status and ensure seamless communication.
- Support the process of transferring debts to Debt Recovery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Intermediate-level expertise in Excel usage, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Prior experience in Credit Control, with a strong understanding of credit control systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
