At Home Dental provides a unique dentistry service to patients in their own home or care home.

We are growing, and we’re now looking to recruit a highly organised, motivated, flexible and friendly Project Facilitator to help with the successful implementation of an exciting new scheme.

The aim of the project is to provide daily supervised toothbrushing for reception and year one children in schools across your area. This NHS scheme will give young children good oral health habits that will last a lifetime.

In addition to this, you will help develop and grow our current domiciliary dental service in your area.

You are required to be a qualified dental nurse/ dental practitioner, and you will be the main point of contact with schools, focussing on engagement, building relationships and offering support to carry out the scheme. You will organise the distribution of materials, answer queries, problem solve, maintain a database, and ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme across the whole of Devon.

Working from home initially, you will need your own transport as you will regularly be required to travel across the area. You will work closely with peers in six other areas across the southwest, reporting to the Project Manager for the region.

This role includes:

- Starting salary of £26,000.00 per year (Plus OTE of up to £10,000 per year)
- Full time role - 5 days per week (35 hours)
- Travel Expenses
- Core company hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
- Company pension
- Training and support provided to develop own skills and abilities.
- Access to Agilio training platform

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
