The Transformation Unit at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is a dedicated team focused on delivering quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to join our team as an Improvement Facilitator for a one-year secondment. In this role, you will support the management of our Quality Improvement training programme and facilitate the rollout of our People First Programme in new areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support to ensure the successful implementation of quality improvement projects
  • Manage all aspects of communication, including social media and publicising improvement work across the trust
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress towards certification
  • Support the planning, management, and evaluation of service improvement projects

Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE Level (with English and Maths)
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to edit and reframe key messages for understanding

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
