Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Workplace Transformation Specialist to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our Site Experience & Digital Workplace Chapter, you will play a vital role in delivering great employee experiences when our employees interact with our technology solutions and workplace.

About the Role
  • You will contribute to the implementation and introduction of new technology and services to our workplace, ensuring seamless adoption and high satisfaction levels among our employees.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and choose solutions to drive innovation and growth.
  • You will develop a broad set of skills in IT support, service management, project management, and change management, enabling you to drive digital transformation initiatives from conception to delivery.
About You
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
