Job Title:

Purchase to Pay Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase to Pay Expert to join our Finance team as we progress our finance transformation journey, including the embedding of a new ERP finance system, Unit 4 (Agresso).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase to pay process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering scheduled training to departments on the end-to-end P2P process
  • Actively monitoring progress of transactions through workflow and resolution of any discrepancies
  • Working closely with colleagues in all directorates to successfully embed and improve the P2P process

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months. You may be required to travel to attend some meetings and team-days. The salary for this position is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
