Helm Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with internal departments and external clients to execute account and program requirements.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, 401k with company match, generous PTO, great work life balance, and 10 paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to meet program standards
  • Provide trends and consultative approaches to clients
  • Support Account Manager in facilitating accounts receivable
  • Manage product presentation(s) and approvals
  • Measure program metrics and generate reports
  • Facilitate internal cross-functional action plans and status meetings
  • Source program specific products and facilitate purchase orders
  • Perform file maintenance and new product adds
  • Prepare and facilitate requests for inventory maintenance
  • Prepare and respond to quotes for projects and/or orders
  • Monitor projects, open orders, and/or customer issue log

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years project/program management experience
