We are looking for a highly skilled Academic Program Director to lead our team at Helm Inc. This position involves coordinating programs and implementing project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising and excellent customer service skills. Our company offers a supportive work environment, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, 401k with company match, generous PTO, great work life balance, and 10 paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client brand
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to exceed program standards
  • Provide trends and consultative approaches
  • Support Account Manager in facilitating accounts receivable
  • Manage product presentation(s) and approvals
  • Measure program metrics
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Facilitate internal cross-functional action plans and status meetings
  • Source program specific products
  • Facilitate purchase orders for spot buys
  • Perform file maintenance and new product adds
  • Prepare and facilitate requests for inventory maintenance
  • Prepare and respond to quotes for projects and/or orders
  • Monitor projects, open orders, and/or customer issue log
  • Occasional travel as required

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years project/program management experience

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email, and Web
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
