**Key Responsibilities**:As a Clinic Patient Coordinator Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the patient experience and contributing to the success of our clinic. Key responsibilities include:
- **Booking Management**: Ensure all bookings are handled efficiently and in line with company procedures.
- **Sales and Revenue**: Drive sales by securing appointments and contributing to revenue growth.
- **Patient Liaison**: Communicate with patients before tests and investigations, providing them with all necessary information.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate patient records and keep the company CRM systems up to date.
- **Phone Handling**: Cover office phone calls as required, answering in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficient in computer skills, including experience with Patient booking systems such as Pabau or similar.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Flexibility**: A flexible approach with the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
- **Customer Service Passion**: Energetic and self-disciplined with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- **Team Player**: A confident team player who adheres strictly to processes and protocols.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
