Due to continued growth we are seeking an additional Service Receptionist/ Warranty administrator with an automotive or transport related background for our expanding YUTONG site based on Altofts Lane, Normanton, West Yorkshire.

**The Role**:
Working on the service desk, you will be responsible for incoming call traffic and preparing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer and/or distributor and reconcile them accordingly.

In fulfilling this role you will:
You will have an excellent telephone manner to assist the service co-ordinator with incoming calls.
- Open job cards as required
- Assist with booking in jobs with sub-contractors and arrange any necessary parts.
- Book hotels/accommodation for engineers.
- Confirm attendances with the customer 24 hours prior to the attendance.
- Liaise with customers throughout repairs as required.

Call customers within 24 hours of job completion to ensure satisfaction, log and share data with Yutong daily
- Working in a professional, organised manner, processing warranty claims on a timely basis. Including checking of engineer write ups and photo graph requirements.
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and document trail.
- Input all claim details into the dealer management system ready for invoicing.
- Keep yourself up to date on any factory recalls and other relevant information.
- Be responsible for verifying warranty criteria required by manufacturer or distributor.
- Assist with the resubmission of any rejected claims promptly or obtain authorisation to write-off.
- Assists with any other necessary admin duties in working with your team.

**Essential skills required**:

- The ability to read and comprehend instructions, specifications, O&M Manuals etc.
- Great customer service skills and a professional manner.
- The ability to use mathematics in the role in calculating financials related to warranty claims.
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel
