**Your Duties**:

- Maintain and update sales orders as necessary.
- Address customer queries regarding order status promptly and courteously.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Handle multiple tasks including answering calls, processing orders, and managing inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure all transactions are processed within service level agreements.
- Input and track order details accurately.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders.
- Handle phone inquiries and customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Utilise relevant systems for daily operations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery changes.
- Track orders and provide proof of delivery to customers.
- Adhere to the returns process diligently.

**Your Profile**:

- Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in administration or customer service.
- Familiarity with relevant systems is advantageous.

**Your Benefits**:

- Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (commensurate with experience)
