**About the role**:
We are looking for a personable individual to join our office team to manage incoming customer orders and give support to our sales team.
This is a key role within our team and you will be dealing with customers and all things order related, so you need to be organised and methodical. Attitude is really important - you must be approachable and be able to build rapport.

**Key responsibilities**
- Check inbox for any incoming orders.
- Process orders that come through within our QAD system
- Send out DSR (Daily Sales Report) using exported data from our MRP system.
- Liaise with DMW our transport provider to ensure all orders are booked in on time for their scheduled deliveries.
- Make sure list prices and S&OP prices are set correctly for each SKU and each customer within the system to prevent any discrepancies.
- Ensure customer setup links are completed within the QAD system for any new products that are launched.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure orders are aligning with forecasts.
- Informing customers of any shorted or delayed deliveries.
- Completing CI’s (Commercial invoices) for any sample orders.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to provide details in order to set up any new delivery points.
- Assist the sales team with any credited orders.
- Look for any shipping errors coming through so that orders can be invoiced on time.
- Send out weekly stock availability reports.
- Deliver KPI’s set by the business.

- Experience in data entry
- High levels of accuracy
- Confident with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with high volumes of data
- Ability to proactively work towards challenging deadlines through multitasking.
- High levels of initiative and proactivity
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good time management and workload organisation
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,608.00 per year
