**Duties**:
Job Description
- Assistance in daily running of facilities for the inhouse facilities team and external subcontractors.
- Coordinating with inhouse maintenance team and tenants for reactive and planned maintenance works.
- Supporting facilities team with administrative works.
- Creating reports for management for 20+ residential sites.
- Procuring materials for onsite staff and maintenance personnel.
- Undertaking periodic audits on properties.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a facilities role
- Good attention to detail
- Experienced with Microsoft excel and word
- Good organisational skills
- Drivers license preferred but not essential
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
