Reward and Internal Communications Administrator

**What will you be doing?**:
We have a fantastic opportunity available working with our Reward & Wellbeing and Internal Communications Team.

You’ll be providing administrative support, placing focus on our colleague engagement platform, reward & wellbeing activity, internal communications and internal events.

In this varied and fast paced role, you’ll be helping to answer queries, keeping our colleague engagement hub up to date and preparing updates for colleagues and stakeholders to notify them of any colleague benefit changes.

You’ll be supporting the Senior Reward & Wellbeing Manager with the planning, coordination and delivery of quarterly committee meetings.

Supporting the delivery of our activity plan, you’ll also be helping with the creation of internal communications as well as supporting our calendar of internal events (which include conferences, awards, and long service celebrations).

**How will I know if I am right for this role?**:
We are looking for someone who is experienced in administration and who has ideally already supported event organisation and delivery.

You’ll need to be methodical, proactive, and show awareness of colleague needs and expectations.

As you will be liaising with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, you’ll need to have excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.

You’ll be working to deadlines, so excellent organisation and time management skills will be required.

Attention to detail and experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook will be essential.
