**The Role**

Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Internal Audit and Finance Team.

Duties will include:

- Conducting inventory audits in an accurate and timely manner
- Producing reports
- Performing risk and due diligence assessments
- Identifying issues and agreeing necessary actions

Key to the role is ensuring the inventory in each gallery is accurate and the gallery is following the necessary processes that comply with Company standards. You will investigate discrepancies and report on the levels of performance across different metrics.

This role will involve frequent liaison with all departments, supporting inventory accuracy and compliance across Galleries, Head Office and Operations aiming to enhance our levels of customer service with stock accuracy and promoting good working practice in key areas.

You will be based at our Operations department, however due to the nature of the role you will spend time visiting assigned galleries across the UK.

This truly is a unique and exciting role for an individual who is an effective problem solver, organised and good attention detail.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and spoken
- A logical thinker, with the ability to prioritise and problem solve with a proactive approach
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, advantageous would be the ability to use VLookUps & Pivot tables for data sorting
- Ad-hoc project work as and when required
- Experience in multi-site operations
- Working experience of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is highly desirable
- Full Driving License essential as this role requires some travel
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, overnight stays may be required
