We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and committed individual to support our retail division of the business. Working, directly for our Retail Support and Communications Manager this role is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated, organised and adaptable individual to work in a fast-paced office environment, where no two days are the same

This role would suit someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who is looking for a varied and exciting role

The Role:

  • Collating and preparing information for new artist launches and campaigns.
  • Strategising and reviewing events and campaigns.
  • Analysing promotions and sales data.
  • Communicating information and updates out to the retail team.
  • Creating clear concise documents and instructions on procedures in various formats i.e. Word and Excel.
  • Content creation and upload onto intranet.
  • Supporting the retail team with enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Supporting galleries at events across the UK (occasional evenings/weekends).

Your skills:

  • Outstanding work ethic with an enthusiastic and positive attitude to tasks.
  • Have exceptional writing skills to motivate and engage the retail sales team through communications.
  • Articulate communicator both verbal and written and be able to communicate with all members of staff up to Director level.
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise workload.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent IT and administration skills.
