Job Title: Executive Search Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at HS Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our executive search team, you will be responsible for identifying, communicating with, and managing candidates on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough searches of all available databases to identify top talent.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process, including phone, video, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Monitor and track activity to deliver valuable market insights to clients.
  • Enjoy a competitive basic salary of £40k, plus 33% commission on fees ranging from £20k to £50k.
  • Work from home two days a week, providing a great work-life balance.
