You will be primarily accountable for the success of your own Executive search desk within a specific niche, working closely with external researchers and outsourcers to gain referrals and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough searches of all available databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Pro-actively approach suitable candidates and manage communication throughout the interview process.

About You
