About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at HS Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our Executive Search team, you will be responsible for identifying, communicating with, and managing candidates on behalf of our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to step away from traditional recruitment methods and earn significant commissions by working with clients to find top talent.

You will be accountable for the success of your own Executive Search desk within a specific niche, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough searches of all available databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with external researchers and outsourcers to gain referrals and recommendations.
  • Proactively approach suitable candidates to discuss opportunities.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Run pre-screening and competency interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Monitor and track activity to deliver valuable market insights.
About You

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with a proven track record of success who are eager to transition into Executive Search.
