About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at HS Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our Executive Search team, you will be responsible for identifying, communicating with, and managing candidates on behalf of our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to step away from traditional recruitment methods and earn significant commissions by working with clients to find top talent.

You will be accountable for the success of your own Executive Search desk within a specific niche, and will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough searches of all available databases.
  • Collaborating with external researchers and outsourcers to gain referrals and recommendations.
  • Proactively approaching suitable candidates.
  • Managing communication with candidates through various channels, including phone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Running pre-screening and competency interviews on behalf of clients to identify compatibility with their vacancies.
  • Monitoring and tracking your activity to deliver valuable market insights.

About You

We are looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record of success who want to transition into the Executive Search arena. You will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus 33% commission on fees that range from £20,000 to £50,000. You will also have the opportunity to work from home two days per week, with no KPIs to meet. Additionally, you will receive full and comprehensive training, a personal development plan tailored to your needs, and the opportunity to build your own team.
