We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at HS Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our Executive Search team, you will be responsible for identifying, communicating with, and managing candidates on behalf of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough searches of all available databases to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with external researchers and outsourcers to gain referrals and recommendations.
  • Proactively approach suitable candidates to present our clients' opportunities.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Run pre-screening and competency interviews to assess candidate compatibility with client vacancies.
  • Monitor and track activity to deliver valuable market insights.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
  • 33% commission on fees that range from £20,000 to £50,000.
