Wade Construction are a leading construction and maintenance contractor based in the Lichfield area. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Works Scheduler / Administrator.

Working alongside our managers and trades, you will be responsible for scheduling works and appointments for our multi skilled trades and subcontractors.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Schedule repair and maintenance appointments and manage calendars for multiple
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records
- Liaise with in house operatives, managers, tenants and clients
- Communicate with clients and internal staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Data entry and record keeping
- General administrative duties
- Organise and manage diaries
- Greet and assist visitors
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Answering phone, dealing and directing enquiries
- Operating various office equipment
- Assist with organisation of office, including maintaining office common areas and monitoring office supplies
- Organising, preparing and managing meeting room, including refreshments and resources

**Skills / Experience Required**:

- At least 3 years experience in works scheduling
- Experience with Simpro software preferred but not essential
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules
- Proficient in all Microsoft office / 365, including excel, word, outlook, powerpoint, teams, etc.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone etiquette
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels
- Adherence to deadlines is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure to maintain deadlines
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Stable employment history
