Duties include:

- Working closely with an Account Manager processing orders for a group of National accounts

Overseeing the process from the order being received to being delivered, providing assistance and support where needed. Liaising with other departments and using our in house system Navision
- Completing data forms accurately and work to deadlines
- This includes line forms, PowerPoints and QA certification for the products they are ordering
- Handling customer queries
- Attend meetings alongside the Account Managers in our showroom
- Generate reports to run through outstanding orders, sales data and any potential issues
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Previous experience in administration is a MUST
- Knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Office and PPT
- Good telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure using your own initiative but also working as part of a team
