Drive Sales Growth with Field Sales Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in grocery stores to increase visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio.
  • Use sales data to approach key decision-makers and effectively engage and influence to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new opportunities in-store to increase brand presence and optimize sales.
  • Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent at building relationships and negotiating.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously, using your time effectively and planning efficiently.
  • Passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
