We are looking for **Support Workers **to join our team here at **Wellgate Support** based in **Kidsgrove.**

**Contract**: Full-Time/Part-Time/Bank-Flexi Contracts available.

**Hours**: Our shifts are
- 8:00AM - 8:00PM 12 hours
- 8:00AM-12:00NOON 4 hours
- 12:00NOON-4:00PM 4 hours
- 4:00PM -8:00PM 4 hours
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM 8hours
- 12:00PM - 8:00PM 8 hours.

**Pay**:£10.90per hour rising to £11.44per hour in April

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual.
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
