Facilities Coordinator

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in Leicester
**The Role**
- Provide an exceptional Customer Service experience to all staff and their guests, acting as a single point of contact for all enquiries they may have and ensure that a world-class customer service is experienced by all.
- Take ownership of the management of meeting room facilities, including IT equipment and supplies, assist with the preparation of meeting rooms where necessary, ensuring they are always clean, tidy and ready for use (within the constraints of back-to-back room bookings).
- Coordination of meeting room setups and equipment
- Assist site visitors, to ensure they have productive experience at the facility.
- Ensure that the site procedures are adhered to including desk booking, meeting rooms booking and EV charger booking.
- Take action when required in the event of ad hoc cleaning needs.
- Ensure regular checks on welfare facilities and top up consumables as required.
Other duties may be required dependent on business needs.

- 8am - 5pm
