About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer with strong troubleshooting, management, and maintenance skills to perform comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various air conditioning units, manage and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS), and conduct detailed environmental analysis to resolve temperature control issues.

The successful candidate will have experience working with commercial HVAC systems, CAFM systems, and digital maintenance management. Strong understanding of building services infrastructure is essential.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, including mechanical maintenance, project management, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
  • F-GAS 2079 Category 1 Certification
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong understanding of building services infrastructure
  • Experience with CAFM systems and digital maintenance management
What We Offer

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will operate primarily in the Leicestershire area, working in various professional environments.
