We currently have an opening for a Case Administrator/Senior Case Administrator to join our Edinburgh team.**THE ROLE**

Case Administrator/Senior Case Administrator (Edinburgh)
- Purpose of the role/key responsibilities:
- Case Administration tasks of a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases
- Maintain pending case files before conversion to an insolvency appointment
- Site visits for new appointments, where required.
- Prepare and issue bank letters and other initial correspondence for new insolvency cases
- Supporting the team with case management to ensure case progression
- Communication with all stakeholders including creditors, employees, directors, the AIB and the Insolvency Service
- Supporting the preparation of ongoing case reviews for Managers approval
- Inventory of insolvency cases books and records and send to confidential storage
- Deal with closed cases to ensure all matters dealt with, update checklists and send to store
- Identifying issues with the cases, bringing these to the attention of Manager and suggesting appropriate actions/solutions
- Ensuring all statutory deadlines are met and all work meets the necessary compliance and ethical standards
- Actively promote ideas and suggestions and participate in the firm’s commitment to continuous improvement
- Be an ambassador for the firm, taking opportunities for networking and client entertaining events
- Anti-Money Laundering and Client Take on tasks, understanding of Smart-search beneficial but not essential

Experience and skill set required for the role:
- Be an experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint - knowledge and experience of IPS case management system is also desirable
- Knowledge of all relevant insolvency legislation is beneficial
- Previous experience in case administration
- Be confident, outgoing and able to communicate at all levels
- Be comfortable in a client-facing environment & interviewing directors/debtors
- Be able to effectively prioritise workload
- Have good time management
- Be self-motivated
