**SNB are the largest UK based independent supplier of bespoke product inspection equipment in the UK. The product inspection SNB offer includes metal detection, x-ray, and check weighing systems, which are designed, fabricated and assembled with parts from our additional manufacturing sites at Luton and Bathgate. Our bespoke systems are manufactured for different environments such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging and têxtile industries. We are proud to work with the leading manufacturers within the UK's food industry.**

**Working as part of a team the key requirements for this role are to handle the day to day organisation of several administrative duties. This role is best suited to an outgoing individual who will be liaising internally within the business across our 3 sites as well as externally with customer and supplier enquiries. Good telephone manor and competent IT skills including Microsoft office and Sage are essential to this role.**

**General Duties**:

- Assist with the office switchboard and directing calls**
***:

- Assist with deliveries and collections.**
**- Assist with generation of internal job sheets.**

**Priority Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and organise the distribution and records for customer site calibration certificates**
***:

- Liaise with internal stores and external suppliers regarding missing delivery notes and invoice queries.**
**- Collate monthly supplier payment run information suitable for Sage input**
**- Input data and generate sage reports for supplier payment runs**
**- Communicate with our supply chain and provide remittances**
**- File all paperwork each month after the above has been carried out**
**- Collate vehicle mileage information from engineers reports and tracker information**
**- Source and compare vehicle breakdown contracts, site utilities, health cover policies**

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- **Experienced in an Office Administrator’s role.**

**- Good communication skills and professional manner.**

**- Hands on approach, to assisting with requirements of the business.**

**- Methodical approach to problem solving.**

**- Willingness to learn.**

**- IT literate, Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sage Accounts.**

**Desirable skills**:
**- Knowledge of food manufacturing.**

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
