We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join our friendly team at our vibrant Head Office with just 10 minute walk into Leeds City Centre (we do offer free car parking). A warm, friendly personality is essential with super organisational and administrative skills. Ensuring our Directors and Senior Department Heads are working collaboratively to 'make it happen'.

**Key Responsible**:

- Maintain accurate diary management for Directors
- Provide administrative and event support to The Parklane Foundation
- Arrange internal and external meetings for visits (refreshments, facilities, lunches etc)
- Prepare and produce documentation for meetings - including the production and collation of agendas, papers and minutes
- Liaise with third parties in the building
- PA duties to the Board of Directors
- Provide support for office engagement and onsite facilities
- Responsible for all meeting rooms; tidy, fully stocked and in working order at all times
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial and Development teams
- Assist with the co-ordination of organising group/social events as and when required

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- An enthusiastic self starter who can balance competing demands
- You will be working in a confidential environment so integrity is crucial
- Previous Experience as a PA or Office Administrator is essential
- Proactive, professional and confident personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An adaptable approach to changing situations
- The ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
- Good MS Office skills

- A willingness to take on tasks beyond the scope of the role
- You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle as some short travelling will be required.
