- Job Title: Temporary Finance Administrator

- Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.00 + Office Angels benefits

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

- Start Date: ASAP

- Assignment Length: 1 Month initially, likely to extend 😊

- Location: LS2, 2 minutes from Leeds Centre

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for external suppliers and internal teams, managing the finance inbox and providing exceptional customer service.
Assist the Finance team with ad hoc tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Accurately complete administrative tasks relating to stock invoices in a timely manner.
Maintain the processing and filing of all invoices, ensuring a well-organised and efficient system.
Raise PO numbers accurately.Requirements:

Proven experience in administration.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
