Finance Administrator Opportunity at IPS Finance

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at IPS Finance, a reputable law firm based in Leeds City Centre. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the fee earners with financial management of matters and contributing to the firm's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and send bills for property matters, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  2. Develop and maintain billing schedules and record-keeping systems to optimize financial management.
  3. Liaise with various stakeholders, including individuals, managers, fee earners, partners, and other teams, to address financial matters and support the team's objectives.
  4. Collaborate with the Credit Controller and other support colleagues to progress financial management of files and ensure seamless operations.
  5. Produce regular progress reports to partners and heads of department, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
  6. Analyze and prepare reports to inform financial decisions and drive business growth.
