Job Title: Financial Services Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers, including processing new and existing business, preparing compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with promoting our services in a professional and FCA-compliant manner.
- Deal effectively with client queries and communicate with colleagues and third parties as required.
- Ensure all files are compliant with our internal and external procedures.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to obtain information and quotes.
Requirements:
- Financial Services experience, specifically in providing administration support for an IFA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
