Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers, including processing new and existing business, preparing compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with promoting our services in a professional and FCA-compliant manner.
  • Deal effectively with client queries and communicate with colleagues and third parties as required.
  • Ensure all files are compliant with our internal and external procedures.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to obtain information and quotes.

Requirements:

  • Financial Services experience, specifically in providing administration support for an IFA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
