About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our Private Wealth Team at Mercer Private Wealth. As an Administrator, you will provide quality administration support to clients with regard to the transactional elements of their portfolio in line with the Mercer code of professional conduct, The Greater Good.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to clients, including preparing meeting packs, basic reports, and presentations.
  • Obtain and analyze information from providers to support client queries.
  • Assist in the retention and development of existing clients and provide support to the team.

Requirements

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT experience in order to work with the necessary IT systems in place.
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills and ability to work to deadlines.
