Financial Services Administrator

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our Directors and Financial Advisers in their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor new business applications, liaising with clients and product providers.
  • Maintain a strict diary system for all cases submitted and provide regular updates on cases and their development.
  • Ensure all files are compliant with AML requirements.
  • Provide support to Directors and Advisers with client valuations, key client reviews, and document completion.
  • Coordinate promotions and client mailers, and perform document scanning tasks.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of Office Administration experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
  • Good GCSE and/or A-level grades, with strong English and Maths skills.
  • A desire to develop a career in Financial Services and Financial Advice.
