We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and other colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including processing new and existing business, preparing compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with promoting our services in a professional and FCA-compliant manner.
  • Deal effectively with client queries and communicate with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all files and records are compliant with our internal and external procedures.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to obtain information and quotes.
Requirements
  • Financial Services experience, preferably in an IFA administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
