Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Professional to join our Enforcement Market Oversight Operational Excellence Team at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Knowledge and Learning strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating knowledge sharing groups and managing multiple mailboxes.
  • Assist in the delivery of core technical training to investigators by arranging internal SMEs, assessors, and course participants.
  • Manage and maintain records, diaries, and other administrative tasks in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Provide support to the Head of Department and other team members as required.
  • Coordinate and publish monthly knowledge communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a corporate environment, with a strong track record as an administrator.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work in a structured way to a high standard against tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to get involved in the varied workstreams of the team.
  • Strong relationship skills and a strong team player.
  • Able to cope with and quickly resolve a range of administrative issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.
